What is Pearl Grey jewelry made of?
Pearl Grey jewelry is handcrafted using Polymer clay. Polymer clay is lightweight but versatile and highly durable. Some of Pearl Grey jewelry features a resin finish to create a glossy look. Some people have an allergy to resin. If you find you have an allergic reaction to any Pearl Grey creations, please reach out so I can make it right!
How do I clean my jewelry?
You can start with warm soapy water to clean your jewelry. If needed, use a small amount of acetone on a cotton swab and gently dab the jewelry to remove residue or makeup.
I just placed an order! When will it arrive?
Please allow 2 business days for tracking information on your shipment, which will arrive in your email inbox. All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, which may take between 2 and 5 days to arrive. Once your package has shipped, unfortunately there is nothing Pearl Grey can do beyond providing a tracking number. If you have issues with delivery, please contact your local U.S. post office.
Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail only for a flat rate.
Can I send my purchase as a gift?
If you’re purchasing a gift for a friend or loved one, please enter the name of the recipient and an optional gift message at checkout.
Can I purchase a Pearl Grey Gift Card?
Gift cards are available here. Simply add the gift card to your cart, and you can send to yourself or the recipient (make sure you have the recipient’s email readily available). The recipient can use the card on any purchase in my store, and will enter a code at checkout to redeem. Gift cards do not expire and should be treated like cash.
Does Pearl Grey offer custom orders?
Yes! I love making all of your custom orders come true! Email elise@pearlgreyclay.com to inquire. Bridal packages start at $150 (bride & bridal party), and require at least 1 month lead time.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please do let me know so I can make it right! Do so using the Contact page or email elise@pearlgreyclay.com
